Our Team
Millie Hofmann
Millie is an experienced physiotherapist who specialises in helping women with osteopenia and osteoporosis build strength, protect their bones, and move with confidence. Her work focuses on evidence-based strength training as a key tool for improving bone health and long-term physical independence.
With qualifications in Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Menopause Lifestyle Coaching, Millie takes a whole-person approach to women’s health. She integrates progressive strength training with an understanding of hormonal change, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that influence bone density, muscle mass, and overall wellbeing. She is particularly passionate about teaching women how to lift and load safely, so they feel capable and confident continuing strength training for life.
Millie believes that meaningful strength gains are possible at any age when training is appropriately prescribed and progressively loaded. She places high value on using current evidence and clinical reasoning to guide exercise selection, progression, and education, helping women train safely while achieving real, measurable improvements in strength and function.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Millie rock climbing, trail running, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with her family.
