PHYSIOTHERAPY consultations
-
If you are attending to discuss how to improve your bone density through exercise, or to learn how to strength train, please select this appointment. During this consultation, we will discuss your health concerns and goals, and review the current evidence around exercise for bone health and strength.
The session may include a physical assessment to help determine your next steps, which could involve developing an individualised exercise program or transitioning into a regular, physiotherapist-led exercise class.

Our physiotherapists have extensive experience in musculoskeletal care and deliver treatment grounded in current evidence and best practice.
We place strong emphasis on education and active, exercise-based rehabilitation, empowering you to understand your condition, take an active role in your recovery, and reduce the risk of recurring injury.
We assess and treat back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain using evidence-based techniques. Your physio will provide personalised rehabilitation exercises and education to help you move without pain and reduce the risk of recurrence.

Our pelvic floor and women’s health consultations are delivered by physiotherapists with advanced training in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
With the right assessment, education and targeted treatment, many women’s health concerns can be effectively managed, improved or prevented.

physio-led classes
how to join a class
Our strength classes require an initial physiotherapy consultation to ensure safety and appropriate progression. Prenatal aquatic classes are the exception and can be joined directly for women with uncomplicated pregnancies.

This class is designed for women who want to build strength safely and confidently.
You’ll learn how progressive loading, appropriate intensity and targeted exercise selection influence bone density, muscle strength and long-term resilience.
Each participant follows an individualised strength program tailored to her goals and capacity, guided by physiotherapists and experienced movement educators.
It’s ideal for women who are new to strength training, want to future-proof their bones, and are looking to optimise body composition. You need 48 hours recovery time between classes.

Onero is a research-based strength training program developed specifically for people with low bone density and osteoporosis. The program focuses on targeted high-intensity resistance and impact training designed to improve bone strength safely under professional supervision.
Onero has been extensively researched and has demonstrated improvements in bone density, strength and functional capacity when performed correctly.
You need 48 hours recovery time between classes.

These small-group classes are designed for women during pregnancy and after birth who want safe, guided exercise that supports strength, recovery and long-term pelvic health.
Led by a physiotherapist, each class focuses on building whole-body strength while supporting the pelvic floor, abdominal system and changing demands of pregnancy and early motherhood. Exercises are carefully selected and modified to suit different stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping women move confidently and remain active.
Classes emphasise controlled strength training, mobility and movement patterns that support everyday activities such as lifting, carrying and returning to exercise. You will receive guidance on technique, load progression and symptom management in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Water-based exercise is a safe and effective way to stay active during pregnancy. The buoyancy of the water supports your growing belly, reducing impact on your pelvic joints and pelvic floor.
Our classes combine Pilates, upper body strength training, and aerobic exercises to help you maintain strength and function throughout pregnancy.
Regular aquatic workouts can help manage the physical changes of pregnancy, support a smoother labor, and promote quicker postpartum recovery — all while making each session a truly enjoyable, weightless experience.
Prenatal aquatic classes are the only program that can be booked without a prior physiotherapy consultation, for women with uncomplicated pregnancies who have been cleared for exercise. Join the prenatal aquatic class by clicking here now.
