OUR PROCESS
1. Your First Visit
Book a 60-minute initial consultation with a physiotherapist to assess your needs, confirm if a group program is suitable, and create a safe, goal-focused plan.
For strength and bone health classes, book a Strength Consultation Initial
For prenatal or postnatal classes, book a Women’s Health Consultation Initial
2. Your Second Visit
In the gym, your physiotherapist will guide you through your personalised program and ensure you perform each exercise confidently.
3. Join a Small
Group Session
Next, you’ll join a small group class supervised by a physiotherapist. Regular attendance — ideally two sessions per week — is key to improving strength, bone health, and overall function
4. Ongoing Reviews
Book a review every 4-5 months to keep your program safe, effective, and challenging.
Joining a Class
After your initial consultation and second visit, you’re ready to start your small-group exercise program.
You can join by:
Becoming a member, giving you regular access to classes and helping you stay consistent for the best results.
Purchasing a class pass, if you prefer more flexibility.
Both options give you access to physiotherapist-led classes designed to safely improve strength, bone health, and overall function.
Why get an ongoing class membership
Attending physiotherapist-led strength classes twice per week provides the consistency needed for meaningful improvements in bone density, strength, and function. Twice-weekly sessions:
Support bone and muscle adaptation through appropriate training frequency
Allow ongoing progression and individual modification as your strength improves
Ensure exercises remain appropriately challenging over time
Provide enough repetition to build confidence, technique, and safe movement patterns
Offer expert supervision to optimise results and reduce injury risk
Create structure and accountability, helping exercise become a sustainable long-term habit
Consistency is where results happen — strength, bone health and confidence are built by turning up regularly.
Should I attend a class once or twice per week?
Research consistently shows that bone and strength changes require twice weekly, appropriately loaded sessions. Turning up — week after week — is when results happen.

Memberships are billed fortnightly and continue until cancelled. Each membership includes four classes every two weeks and is designed to support consistency, progression and long-term health. By choosing a membership, you’re making a commitment to your wellbeing, and in return we offer a lower per-class rate compared to casual or class pack options. Memberships have a minimum term of 8 weeks, with a 7-day cancellation notice period thereafter.
Class packs are paid upfront and offer greater flexibility, allowing you to attend classes at your own pace with weekly, monthly or yearly options available. These are well suited to those with changing schedules or who prefer a more flexible approach.
