At Together Strong in Canberra, we aim for transparency in our pricing so you can make informed decisions about your health care. Below you’ll find our current prices for physiotherapy consultations, strength and bone health services, and physio-led classes. All appointments are delivered by qualified physiotherapists with expertise in women’s health, strength training, bone health, and musculoskeletal care.

Initial and Follow-Up Consultation Prices

All initial assessments are tailored to your individual needs and provide a comprehensive movement, strength, and symptom evaluation. Pathways after the assessment may include women’s health physiotherapy, musculoskeletal care or strength and bone health services.

Physio-Led strength & bone health classes

The Onero and Lift for Life classes are designed to support strength, bone health and general resilience. These classes require an initial consultation prior to joining.

twice weekly Membership Options

Designed for women committed to improving strength and bone health.

Consistency, not intensity, is what drives strength and bone adaptation — which is why we recommend attending twice per week.

  • Lift for Life: 2 classes per week — $110/week (55 minutes per class)

  • Onero: 2 sessions per week — $90/week (45 minutes per class).

Once Weekly Attendance

  • Lift for Life 10-class pass, valid for use over 12 weeks- cost $620

    This option can be a useful entry point or short-term solution, however twice-weekly attendance is recommended for optimal outcomes.

Physio-Led prenatal & postnatal exercise classes & prenatal aquatic classes

The prenatal & postnatal exercise classes require an Initial Women’s Health Consultation prior to joining.

Prenatal aquatic classes do not require a consultation for uncomplicated pregnancies.

twice weekly Membership Options

Designed for women committed to maintaining or improving strength and function during pregnancy and supporting recovery postnatally. This is not a generic exercise class. In this class you complete your own individual program, guided by a physiotherapist.

  • Prenatal & Postnatal Strength - Twice weekly: 2 classes per week — $90/week (55 minutes per class). Charged as $180 per fortnight. For use with Prenatal Aquatic and Strength Classes.

Once Weekly Attendance

  • This option is available via a Prenatal & Postnatal Strength class - 10 pass, valid for use over 3 months: Cost $490 (55 minutes per class)

Prenatal aquatic classes

  • Prenatal Aquatic 10 Classes, valid for use over 3 months: Cost $490 (55 minutes per class)

  • Prenatal & Postnatal Strength - Twice weekly: 2 classes per week — $90/week (55 minutes per class). Charged as $180 per fortnight. For use with Prenatal Aquatic and Strength Classes.

  • Prenatal aquatic classes do not require an Initial Women’s Health Physiotherapy Consultation prior to attending classes, however we still recommend that you have this appointment, with us or with your Women’s Health Physio, to best support your pregnancy.

Payment and Rebates

  • We accept private health insurance with appropriate coverage

  • HICAPS available

  • Medicare or EPC referrals (if applicable)

Q: Do I need a referral?

A: No, you do not need a referral however we welcome referrals.

Q: Can I claim with private health?

Yes, we accept private health insurance with physiotherapy cover

Q: Can I do drop-in classes or do I need to book for a term?

A: To attend our classes you must first attend an Initial Physiotherapy Consultation to make sure we can guide you appropriately. You can purchase a 10-pass of classes to be used over 12-weeks. You can book these classes casually providing a class has space available.
